Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and expand sales accounts within the ASEAN region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat or new purchases.
• Handle customer inquiries, price negotiations, and address quality concerns effectively.
• Conduct market surveys to support timely sales forecasts and prepare related sales reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with discipline and manage time effectively.
• 1 year of relevant sales experience, particularly in EMS or semiconductor distribution will be advantageous.
