• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and monitor their performance
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in drafting and issuing offer letters and contracts to successful candidates
• Track hiring metrics and compile reports for management review
• Build strong relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and job boards
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with employment regulations
