• Cover administration work for MCA Division in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provides consistent and timely Verification and Input Submission for Overtime Management System (OTMS) for all MCA non-executive staff/ labour supply workers on a regular basis and ensure accuracy in details.
• Raise and Monitor Purchase Requisition.
• Register/De-registration (i.e. computers, portable storage media and image capturing device) of custodians in Track CSI system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports for estate sub-systems.
• Develop data processes workglows and analytics programs.
• Build Machine Learning algorithms and apply statistical methods to extract insights for Smart Estate applications.
• Extract data from existing Building Management Systems using BACnet and Modbus protocol.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines to transform raw data into analysis-ready formats.
• Maintain and enhance data aggregation and ingestion processes using .NET and Python.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in data engineering across diverse projects.
• Proficient in Python, MSSQL and PostgreSQL programming.
• Strong knowledge of data science and data management.
• Knowledge in BMS communication protocols (BACnet and Modbus) is a plus.
• Experience with Data Management and ETL process is preferred.

This role will oversee and manage the end-to-end process, from data collection, analysis, solution deployment and business integration.

What you will do:

• Data Strategy & Vision: Understand key company priorities and translate them into an actionable Data strategy to drive data maturity across the organization, enabling business growth, improve risk management, and enhanced customer experiences.
