Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience.
2. Experience in local life, e-commerce, and other related industries is preferred, with a background in data science, quantitative analysis, such as long chain attribution, statistics, computer science, economics, etc.
3. Possess data analysis capabilities to solve complex problems, design data collection schemes, excellent communication and coordination skills, and cross-departmental team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Good at thinking and summarizing, able to continuously improve work methods.
2. Able to quickly understand business logic, quantify the causes and effects of business problems through data, and provide specific feasible optimization solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related fields).
• Strong knowledge of data management and analysis techniques.
• Experience with web scraping tools (such as Python, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or similar tools).
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

• Support the transition of data migration activities from other vendors and ensure alignment with the overall migration strategy.
• Refine data migration requirements, update migration strategy, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the migration are covered.
• Assess data quality issues, collaborate with business users to prioritize data quality analysis and address any concerns.
• Build and manage test cases, scenarios, test scripts, and define entry/exit criteria for successful data migration.
• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor the execution of the data migration process.
• Work closely with the Data Migration Lead to ensure adherence to timelines and project milestones while supporting the overall data migration strategy.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) experience, covering all phases of ITSM (e.g., ITIL).
• Business Analyst experience, including documentation and project management.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
• Working experience in banking/ financial service
• Experience in financial industry and/ or IT Service Management (ITSM) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting
