ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of Customer Engineers who engage with business prospects and channel partners to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of Google Cloud technologies, and address and overcome technical objections that arise throughout the business process. You will lead efforts to drive solution innovation, working across the organization to identify the assets and tools to drive customer adoption. You'll also be responsible for investing in the team’s development and success, building a high performing, effective, and collaborative team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Customer Engineers across the region who engage with prospects, providing technical discovery and solutions recommendations while working in partnership with customers. Manage and motivate a diverse collection of engineering professionals.
• Contribute to building a business that promotes exceptional growth and maintain motivation to work effectively in a highly dynamic environment.
• Engage directly with prospects regarding architecture discussions and best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with our Product, Support, Engineering, and Sales teams. Make presentations to represent the capabilities and services of Google Cloud.
• Hire, coach, and drive a team to work towards strategic goals, while prioritizing the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 15 years of technology related sales experience, with at least 5 years in a CE managerial capacity.
• Experience working with IaaS, PaaS, Big Data, SaaS, public cloud, or related industry and technical concepts.
• Experience developing strategy to lead Sales Engineering teams to meet business objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience creating repeatable processes at scale in a pre-sales engineering organization.
• Knowledge of solution architecture.
• Ability to inspire and grow teams to their full potential in a business environment, while working across cross-functional teams to achieve common business objectives.
• Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences, engaging C-Level stakeholders in business and technology transformation.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs/ pain points, translate them into data analytics problems, and provide/implement actionable analytics solutions
• Be a subject matter expert in banking business and data. Consolidate data from multiple sources to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision-making
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and/or suitable visualization of business issues
• Design, automate, and maintain mission-critical dashboards for our business units using SQL and/or Pyspark
• Support the campaign events, including the pre-campaign audience selection, in-campaign tracking, and post-campaign evaluation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, Statistics and other related fields
• 2 - 7 years of experience in analytical roles and familiar with Python and SQL
• Experience in implementing analytical insight and/or predictive model into the business process is preferred
• Strong passion for data analysis by taking related courses, participating DA/DS competition or developing projects in Github continuously is preferred
• Experience of business intelligence/marketing analytics in e-commerce/FinTech industry is a plus

• Responsible for supporting analysis requirements for the Deposits & Payments Business Team
• Analyse large datasets to identify key business levers and opportunities, understand consumer behaviour, and investigate portfolio trends and observations
• Drive visibility into product performance by defining and monitoring key business metrics
• Design, build and maintain useful simulations, dashboards, data tables, and reports to enable data-self serve for the Deposits & Payments Business Team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Business Intelligence, Product Managers, etc.) to analyse marketing performance based on initiatives (e.g. campaign performance tracking and A/B testing)

Requirements:

Holmusk, a 2019 World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, is building a leading real-world evidence platform in mental health. We leverage data and advanced analytics to accelerate research and improve outcomes in psychiatry across pharma, healthcare providers, and payers.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to and lead projects that leverage our real-world mental health database and advanced analytics to generate real-world evidence (RWE).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality real-world data (RWD) studies.
• Work closely with the client team to identify research questions, appropriate methodology and clear deliverables.
• Write scientific study proposals and reports.
• Prepare datasets for downstream analysis, implement statistical methods, and interpret study results.
• Prepare and present key research insights and findings using written reports and visual representatives to colleagues and clients.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant post-graduate qualification (MSc/PhD in Epidemiology, Psychiatry, or related discipline)
• 3+ years of experience programming experience with R and/or Python
• Experience in epidemiological and medical statistics methods employed in observational research (experience in psychometrics, health economics is a plus)
• Experience of data cleaning and wrangling

Main Responsibilities

• Develop features specified by the business analyst and prioritised by the product owner

Mandatory

• Extensive development experience with an in-depth understanding of the CLR. Multiplatform experience is a must.
• Candidate should be open to work on different technology stacks (C# , Java etc)
• Deep familiarity with asynchronous programming (async/await, async streams, etc)
• Good experience with SQL and relational databases (E.g. MS SQL Server, Postgres, etc)
