The Role Responsibilities
Business
Drive the delivery cadence and milestones of strategic priorities, working with Data & Analytics heads :
· Support the design and implementation of CPBB data & analytics learning needs (Data Academy), aligning requirements between business users, Data & Analytics, Learning teams and implementing the program
· Project manage the planning implementation of talent strategy, including new Hub set-up and organisational design/skills refresh initiatives
· Manage cadence for development of new data driven initiatives including Generative AI. This will involve gathering the inventory of use cases, coordinating with use case owners on progress and potential challenges, and communicating progress to central forum
· Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency of Data Operating Model between Group and Country
Responsible for business management activities
· Support Global Head, Data & Analytics in day-to-day business management activities, including the preparation of senior-level presentations
· Manage the coordination and delivery of strategic data asks by CPBB MT
· Supports the Global Head, Data & Analytics in driving employee engagement through planning and implementing Global Calls, communication avenues via internal platforms etc. Plan and implement “grass roots” engagements through skip level meetings and country engagement
· Shape data strategy roadmap that leads to value realization, including investment plan and business case. Work with delivery teams to monitor progress on investment initiatives, surface risks and required escalation for resolution. Prepare any communication required to wider organisation and countries involved
· Monitor costs against budget and highlight issues and resolution in a timely manner
Processes
Data Processes/Standards Enablement
· Lead the design and implementation of processes to manage required data standards
· Act as owner of CPBB data dictionary. This includes setting up an inventory of commonly used metrics in CPBB, maintaining the definitions, or when new metrics arise, to work with stakeholders to set definitions, and communicating to data team for adherence
· Partner with businesses, technology functions to develop understanding of data requirements, challenges and pain points, propose solutions, and maintain backlog towards resolution
Risk Management
· Manage matters related to data risk, partnering with risk framework owners and businesses and functions
· CPBB lead for data governance matters, including data and analytics process universe
· Coordinate with Data Management team on Data Quality and Integrity control topics
People & Talent
· Work effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes
· Work with Data & Analytics head on all people and talent agenda
· Support any organisational change initiatives and the implementation in both Group and Country

· 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics
· Education: University Graduate
· Certifications: Data & Analytics Certification Preferred
