(h) Shall work with the Customer and Customer-appointed Supplier to resolve any infrastructure issues detected in accordance to the support hours as required by the Customer.

DC Facilities Management Services

(a) Shall ensure, through daily inspection, that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the data centre are maintained by the Customer-appointed Supplier.

(b) Shall work with Customer-appointed Supplier on site preparation tasks such as network cabling and electrical wiring, when required.

(c) Shall ensure the network cabling in the data centre and within the racks are neat and tidy.

(d) Shall work with the Customer-appointed Supplier for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading works to the infrastructure at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer.

(e) Shall plan and coordinate the maintenance activities. This includes polling the affected parties, obtaining the Customer’s approval, and sending out messages to inform the affected party.

(f) Shall obtain the Customer’s approval before finalizing the plan for any activity.

(g) Shall provide on-site support during the maintenance activities unless otherwise agreed by the Customer.

(h) Shall maintain up-to-date documentation of the data centre design layouts.

(i) Shall manage the physical security of the data centre in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Customer.

(j) Shall monitor the following physical security infrastructure to ensure they are within the operating levels defined by the Customer:

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources.
• Optimize and monitor data workflows to ensure data quality, reliability, and performance.

• Automate data and reporting to support data analysis, data science, and the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs for business intelligence and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

• To create/automate data pipelines on Azure cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• To monitor all data pipelines to ensure they run smoothly and fast.
• Enhance and streamline business intelligence tools, processes, while implementing them strategically
• Participate in the development of data warehouse and its design
• Developing data marts and data cubes to support data self-service initiatives across the Group
• Improve database query performance to improve end-user querying and reports generation
• To support ad-hoc data requests to the business and third parties.
• Create/maintain technical documentation for BI interface, e.g. API documentation, known technical issues, etc

Main Duties

• Ensure all regulatory returns are prepared accurately and in compliance with local reporting requirements which includes ACRA and MAS related submission.
• Co-ordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual closings of financials with Technical Accounting and Finance Operations
• Review closing journals and entries for accuracy, conduct thorough financial analysis and ensuring consistency with budget expectations and reforecasts.
• Assist in preparing the IFRS17 trial balance and corresponding reporting to home office, including attending to associated queries.
• Coordinate with the tax agent for all the necessary tax submissions.
• Coordinate and support annual audit activities by ensuring timely preparation of Financial Statements and supporting schedules. Facilitate communication and information exchange between external auditors and internal teams.
• Assist in resolving audit queries and ensuring compliance with audit requirements and deadlines.

Experience

• 3 – 5 Years of working experience, with at least 3 year of experience in data engineer.Cloud Technology, Microsoft SQL Server and Data warehouse.

SUMMARY

• Function as Demand & Supply Specialist to manage monthly operations, mid-long term sales forecasting for Indonesia

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create monthly Demand & Supply plan and negotiate with Distributor
• Explain Demand & Supply thinking way to cross function team so as to secure production allocation for future months
• Good overview of market, promotion activities and competitor situation to explain to internal stakeholders
• Visualize and summarize distributors requests for fleet / ad-hoc orders to ensure production supply
• Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
• Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasure with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge of demand & supply concept or working experience preferred in Automotive/Logistics
• Individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will play a leading role in designing, building, and optimizing our data infrastructure, ensuring that it supports the advanced analytics need of the bank. You will oversee a team of data engineers, working closely with data analysts, DevOps team, infrastructure engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solution.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and implement Spark Scala applications and data processing pipelines to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Optimize and tune Spark jobs for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data processing and indexing in Elasticsearch.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Data Engineer, working with Hadoop, Spark, and data processing technologies in large-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing data infrastructure using Hadoop, Spark, and related tools (HDFS, Hive, Ranger, etc)
• Experience with containerization platforms such as OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering, such as Spark, Python, Scala, or Java.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket)
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk will be an added benefit
