ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

· Must have 3-4 years of hairdressing experience in Indian precision haircut, Hair Colouring and styling.

· Able to communicate in English is a MUST. Preference will be given to candidates who can speak English along with one or more other languages (Tamil, Malay).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for the overall operations and business results of the Saloon.

· Acts as an expert in hair analysis is informed and educated in correlating saloon retail product offerings.

· Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients and to ensure client satisfaction.

· Assess staff performance and work quality and make hiring decisions.

· Ensure saloon regulations: appearance, update, cleanliness and sanitation.

· Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.

· Must provide training needs for the team and access training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques for the team.

· Actively participate in advance training or ongoing education in the

latest fashion and trend.

· Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth.

· Strong professional presentation, technical ability, relationship building and communication skill.

· Adhere to saloon policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

• Experience with Project Management, Safety and Health Management, and Risk Management Manager
• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in Interior Renovation Works
• Abe to work independently, and manage a team of workers.
• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Must be hands-on, daily inspect the site works, and ensure projects completion on time
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.

We are looking to hire a professional digital content creator/videographer with experience in shooting videos for branding, promotional and marketing purposes.

You will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, shooting, editing, and delivering both videos and photos that are engaging, to support Hatchery's marketing and promotional efforts. The position requires the candidate to be innovative in creating and producing visual content, and to have the technical knowledge and aptitude to work with digital video and photography equipments and all related software.

You should be a passionate and compelling storyteller, communicated via the animations/videos and photos you produce.

Types of videography/photography ranges from talking head/headshots, testimonials, executive interviews, commercial and residential properties marketing, among others. These should be visually captivating, and engaging, working within the parameters of Hatchery's clientele branding guidelines. Videos will be used in various media including emails, websites, blogs, and social media sites.

Web/software knowledge and competency is needed to facilitate posting the videos to various digital channels, which the successful candidate will work closely with the social media and digital marketing teams.

Looking for an individual that thrives working independently in a matrix-reporting environment, yet also a team player, and has a strong ability/willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Create video and photo content for Hatchery's clientele
• Collaborate and work with different business lines/stakeholders to produce relevant content (videography and photography) for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Based on briefs given by producers, to be able to creatively conceptualise, plan, design and execute (including simple styling) photography/videography shoots – including producing storyboards, to all needed post-production editing works, including digital artwork management.
• Deliver all completed animations/videos and photos projects on time
• Be always updated on the various shooting styles and latest trends that are relevant to current markets, as well as on digital software competency.
• Perform other adhoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in being a photographer and videographer (including filming, editing).
• Have a passion for creative storytelling through different mediums.
• Possess creative flair in digital content creation such as product/building/space videography/photography, lifestyle photography, graphics, motion graphics and videography
• Positive self-starter with a constant desire to explore new ways in delivering results and to engage with our stakeholders
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud –including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Animate, and Audition).
• Additional proficiency in graphics design software (Illustrator and InDesign) will be a major plus
• Possess an excellent command of English
• Strong creative sense with an eye for aesthetic standards, meticulous yet adventurous, high personal standard.
• Must be able to prioritize, to multi-task and to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

Job Summary:

The role of Engineer is to support the Engineering team in checking and approving drawings/designs of Surface Product to meet customer’s requirement and troubleshooting field installation problems. The Engineer will support the manufacturing and refurbishment of Wellhead equipments. The Engineer will also be appointed as the Lead Engineer for project work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Checking and approving drawings, information and documentation which meets the Company's engineering standards to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market the Company’s product.

• Attend and initiate Design and Development Planning and Review session to meet customer’s and industry’s need.

• Carrying out and direct design and development work to meet customers’ and/or the industry’s need.

• Conduct Engineering Training and Lesson Learnt sessions.

• Facilitate and/or conduct Root Cause Analysis session for SQ/PQ related incidents.

• Provide regional engineering support as instructed by Engineering Manager.

• Working and direct work within stated procedures to ensure that design records/control is maintained.

• To be capable of executing or participate in Stackup Test.

• To be capable of customer engagement.

• To be capable of performing design calculations and design analysis. • To be capable of performing/conducting Value Engineering workshop and projects.

• To be capable of reviewing and disposing Non-Conformance or Aftermarket (RGR) product/equipment.
