Requirements

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering with min 1 year of experience
• Hands-on experience in Silicon/ IP verification using SystemVerilog/ UVM
• Strong understanding of verification process from test plan to coverage completion
• Strong communication and Analytical skills
• Understanding of HDL (Verilog, VHDL)
• Experience with designing with FPGA using Vivado is a plus

We are looking for a Design Manager for our Engineering department.

Responsibilities

• Lead the works in accordance with site specific HSEQ Construction Methodologies, Risk Assessments, Site Rules and Keller Policies and Procedures.
• Understand and manage clients' requirements and their obligations in the development of a building design.
• Liaising positively & actively with clients, consultants & authorities using his/her technical expertise to adopt / accept / approve the technical proposal for the projects.
• Ensure the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice.
• Ensure the design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
• Strive to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction.
• Preparing detailed investigation report for any incidents related to technical issue.
• Review with the Business Development team on project closing reports and develop future improvement plans / strategies to reduce risk(s).
• Be involved in society work, including writing papers to seminars.
• Design D&B solutions, including solutions for ground improvement where relevant.
• Lead, develop and provide training to the team of Engineers.
• Provide technical marketing of solutions to clients and consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits to train and create buy-in from site personnel to promote quality and good practices.

This role may require travel to overseas offices to participate in global expertise groups occasionally.

Requirements

• PEB-recognised bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or higher.
• At least 10 years experience in a geotechnical design role in the construction industry.
• Experience with PLAXIS will be advantageous.

• Track record of translational research work with industry relevance would be preferred.

Successful candidates are expected to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, supervise graduate students and undergraduate projects. Candidates on tenure-track would also be expected to acquire research funding and conduct research.
