As a Course Consultant, you’ll serve as the point of contact between Tree Art and prospective customers. The incumbent identifies and educate prospective customers on the Company’s course curriculum and supports customers by providing information and assistance with closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers in-store, introducing them to our art programs and highlighting the benefits
• Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
• Drive the enrollment for trial classes and sign-ups by presenting program details effectively
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information on course content, schedules, and fees
• Support marketing initiatives to promote courses and trial classes
• Maintain accurate records of leads and registrations

Requirements:

• Current Polytechnic or ITE students from any field are welcome.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Available to work on both Saturdays and Sundays

Job Description:

We are looking for one (1) Research Fellow for research activities in the following areas:

(a) Theory and computational modeling of electromagnetism in media, plasmonic systems, and metamaterials, including cavity quantum electrodynamics.

(b) Inverse design in nanophotonics or quantum nanophotonics.

(c) Application of plasma modeling tools like particle-in-cell and magnetohydrodynamics to plasmonic or excitonic systems.

(d) Study novel optoelectronic effects in low-dimensional materials and time crystals.

The applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (for the Research Assistant position) or a Ph.D. degree (for the Research Fellow position) in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics. Technical requirements:

(a) Ability to formulate physical models and solve the formulated equations analytically or numerically.

(b) Strong foundation in numerical simulation, including developing and modifying existing codes to include multiple physics.

(c) Solid foundation in electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, solid-state physics, material sciences, and computational methods like finite-difference-time-domain, finite-element, particle-in-cell, etc.
