• Take charge in rolling-out employee engagement activities to motivate employees to deliver superior performance in fulfilling organisational requirements
• Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies
• Performance management: Set up, organize and manage employee appraisal
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Policy development and implementation of human resources programs

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree
• At least 5-7 years in the relevant HR field is required
• Outstanding communication skills: clear and structured, high level of emotional intelligence, talent in presentation skills and convincing power.
• Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives.
• Resourceful, good team player, good attitude and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred from manufacturing industry and Singapore PR/Singaporean

Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and document hardware components, including PCB layout and schematic capture.
• Test, debug, and enhance hardware performance.
• Develop schematic and PCB libraries, and compile Bill of Materials.
• Support product certification and approval processes.
• Assist with product issues during production and service phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of Hardware Design, Validation, & Optimization experience.
• Proficiency in high-speed digital board design and interfacing with bus standards.
• Experience in Analog Circuit Design & Simulation and developing complex CPU and microcontroller-based systems.
• Proficient in Design Tools (Altium Designer, Pads, Allegro/OrCAD), Microsoft Office, JIRA, VHDL, Linux.

Job Responsibilties:

• Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of Mechanical & Electrical building systems
• Meeting clients, permitting authorities & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
• Analyze, building computer models & selection of systems and evaluate project budgets
• Complete design documents & technical specifications
• Work Coordination with other teams as well as mentor junior staff
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design work for building services
• Singaporean only
