Job Description:

Job Description

• Design and manage Cloud infrastructure solutions utilizing leading-edge technologies and frameworks
• Maintain Cloud servers and applications including security configurations, patching, service requests and troubleshooting
• Manage disaster recovery and create backup policies.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and high availability
• Conduct technical reviews and audits of cloud infrastructure
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend changes to maintain competitive advantage
• Provide Database Administration support for SQL (MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)

Requirements

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure etc.)
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Docker
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

Responsibilities

· Responsible for providing preventive maintenance service for BMS (Building Management System)

· Carry out troubling shooting, analyzing and rectification of the system on time

· Support client with system operation and recommendation for improvement

· Data analyzing and determination of the system operation status

· Supervise subcontractor to carry out the work safely

Civil site engineer

Responsibilities

- Reporting to Civil Manager

- Responsible for the civil construction of the power plant station

- Plan and prepare station requirements (Subcon, suppliers, materials, equipment) based on the baseline program and work with the technical/contracts department to finalize and submit for approval

- Achieve progress through programs and within budget

- Control the usage and minimize wastages of major building materials such as rebar, concrete, and formwork materials, amongst other materials

- Carry out daily team meetings and site walks with project staff and produce tasks and action plan notes

- Invoke sequenced handover of works and track actual progress vs planned

- Prepare progress report for Manager to review

- Liaise with site team/ subcontractors on the scheduling and execution of all structural/ architectural/ M&E works

- Liaise with the Design team on engineering technical issues

- Manage traffic / underground services diversion and temporary works

- Requisition of required manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Liaise with Quality and EHS departs to implement on-site

- Control subcontractors and suppliers for the timely closure of issues relating to quality and safety

- Plan and prepare MSRA/Documents for necessary permit based on baseline program, including government and owner (company) permit, and work with technical/contracts department to finalize and submit for approval

Requirements :

- Must possess min 5 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer OR recognized degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer and at least 3 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale in Singapore, complexity and nature of work

- Must possess all the training certificates required on a civil supervisor

- Familiar with local engineering/construction laws and regulations in Singapore

- Familiar with engineering Permit, License, Approval etc. in Singapore is a plus

- Have more than two project construction experience, EPC project management experience is preferred

- Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage
