Responsibilities

· To manage and coordinate site involving archi and structural works.

· Attend site meeting and inspection

· Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.

· Coordinates between sub-contractors / vendors / internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.

· Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.

· Ensuring that the site works are completed with high quality standards and adhering to safety requirements throughout the project.

· Check drawings, identify and resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution

· Help prepare as built drawings

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

· Required language(s): English

· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Engineer assists the MEP Manager and Project Manager in supervision of all MEP works at Project Site. Ensuring that works carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme. At the same time making sure that quality requirement, standards and MEP construction materials are efficiently utilized. The MEP Engineer plays a key role in coordinating with client’s representative, consultants, subcontractor, other trade coordinators, and BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure project is completed profitably.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create electrical architecture and modules for state-of-the-art underwater robotic and sensor systems.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for internal products (finance, procurement, legal affairs, travel expense control, etc.), including regression testing work for web, H5, App, and backend.

2. Conduct testing based on the regression test case set, including test execution, defect submission tracking, test reports, etc.

3. Analyze, locate, and track the problems found during testing, and promote timely and reasonable solutions to the problems found during testing.

4. Timely report on testing progress and quality risks to ensure timely project delivery.

Job Requirements:

1. Chinese can be used as the working language to coordinate business communication within China.

2. More than three years of testing experience, familiar with software R & D process; rich experience in understanding Test Cases and executing tests, with certain problem analysis and positioning abilities.

3. Familiar with common network protocols and capable of using commonly used testing tools, such as Mail carrier, Swagger, Filddler, Charles, etc

4. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work closely with the Product R & D team, good at learning and strong stress resistance.

5. Experience in ERP-related system testing and knowledge of common Middleware products is preferred

• Knowledge of the Pro Audio Visual, Video conferencing, or LED Panel industry is essential.
• Experience with products such as Videowalls, LED & LCD Displays, video conferencing, and Audio Visual Switches is required.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.

Technical Responsibilities

• Delivers pipe stress and other miscellaneous calculations efficiently and effectively manages multiple tasks independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Utilises CAESAR II software as well as company proprietary Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as required. Conversant with relevant International Codes of Practice as well as engineering and industry standards
• Provide necessary sketches and guidance to piping designers or drafting team and verify that Piping requirements are reflected in the design. Ensure output is completed on time, on budget, and exceeding quality standards
• Assists in preparation of datasheets and checking of piping material take off.
• Assists in design reviews and participate in other discipline reviews if required. Ensures incorporation of all Piping-related review comments.
• Adheres to and complies with engineering procedures and standards and provides constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Identifies potential applications for new processes and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensures effective communication and interface between all disciplines for design and development.
• Participates in internal audits and investigations as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering specialisation from an accredited university
• 3+ years professional engineering in the related field
• AutoCAD, Caesar II & Navisworks familiarity
• Excellent technical communication (oral and written) skills with proven ability to present technical issues to design teams and project engineering teams
• Self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyse problems, and provide focused solutions to assigned projects

Job Responsibilities:

To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.

Carry out work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and project supervision to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.

Document and manage the technical datasheets, specifications, and all piping-related documents.

Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.

Identify challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure that safety regulations are being compiled on-site.

Prepare inspection reports for material & site installation inspection.

Attend site coordination meetings when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Preferably candidate with 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction Industry.

Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM/Revit would be an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to interact effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.

Will be based at the project site office.
