Responsibilities:

• Lead development of new process to recycle and reuse metal scraps.
• Research and develop process of upcycling metal scraps (titanium/aluminum alloy).
• Research recycling of 3DP metal powders and reduction of raw material cost.
• Provide development plan and risk mitigation for projects to management.
• Manage collaboration projects with Institute of Higher Learning or Research Institutes on new material or new technology development.

Requirements:

• Masters / PhD in Materials Science, Metal Material Engineering or Analytical Chemistry.
• 2 years of relevant R&D working experience preferred.
• Have experience in metal material development and qualification in either mold, fixture or product.
• Possess knowledge in material characterization and metal powder production process.

M&E Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

• Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
• To supervise and control M&E sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawing
• Liaise and hold meetings with clients and M&E consultants on technical resolution, inspection & submission
• Evaluate costing received for M&E works
• To monitor M&E work documents and shop drawings coordination
• Able to ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established
• Review & co-ordinate subcontractors’ shop drawings and quotations in terms of mechanical and electrical compliance for calling of sub-contract works
• Submission and coordination between sub-contractor, consultants and Project Team
• Supervise and inspect all mechanical and electrical works to ensure quality of work
• To liaison with Consultants for technical clarification
• To monitor and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved drawing/specification and complete within schedule time
• To assist in the deployment and storage of M&E materials, plant and equipment delivered by the M&E subcontractors
• Contract administration of M&E subcontracts
• To provide support and arrange the necessary required inspections

Job Responsibilities:

·Plan, execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery

We are seeking a Tibco Integration Engineer to transition of our testing equipment communication from a legacy TIBCO EMS/MESINT/STULTINT Java-based integration to an MQTT-based interface. The role involves designing, implementing, and configuring the new messaging system, ensuring seamless communication between testing equipment and the server-side TIBCO Messaging Gateway. The position requires a strong background in messaging systems, integration architecture, and control configuration to manage equipment interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replace existing Test Cell Controller (STCC)-based communication architecture with direct equipment integration using MQTT.
• Transition current TIBCO EMS/MESINT/STULTINT Java programs used on testing equipment to an MQTT interface.
• Implement the new server-side integration via TIBCO Messaging Gateway, ensuring efficient message routing.
• Design and implement a configurable system to control which equipment can call the server, maintaining robust access and security protocols.
• Customize and fine-tune MQTT message brokers to handle equipment-specific communication flows.
• Work closely with software developers, system architects, and testers to ensure the smooth migration of the messaging infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop a detailed migration plan for all testing equipment.
• Ensure comprehensive testing of the new MQTT interface with all testing equipment before full rollout.
• Address any compatibility issues and ensure high performance and low latency in message delivery.
• Create detailed system documentation, including configuration details, communication flows, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the new integration system, including updates and optimizations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience with MQTT messaging protocols and architecture.
• Proficiency with TIBCO EMS and TIBCO Messaging Gateway.
• Deep understanding of Java-based systems, particularly MESINT/STULTINT integrations.
• Proven experience in designing and configuring messaging systems for industrial or equipment-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with controlling and managing communications between equipment and server-side applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, understanding their needs and constraints.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
