• Responsible for designing and performing bench-scale tests and pilot testing related to the company's separation process technology. Some tests may require a rotating shift schedule.
• Create and review validation protocols for bench-scale tests and pilot testing activities.

• Work collaboratively with process engineers to develop innovative technologies and enhance existing ones.
