• Prepare project schedule/timeline and manage deadlines for the delivery of projects on time.
• Conduct project meetings as and when required, eg. for issues resolution and updates.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed and manage any impact on schedule and budget.
• Managing client’s expectations during the project transition period.
• Oversee onsite setup work to check on quality delivery, safe work procedures and on-time completion, when required.
• Apply Permit To Work with supporting WSH documentation (Risk Assessment, Methods Statement, Safe Work Procedures) and any project-related admin work when required.
• Source for sub-contractors, suppliers and production material, when required.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing interior fit out project in commercial office design & build
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Dynamic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to run a few projects in parallel (depending on the size of projects).
• Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PPT, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative visual designs and design solutions in align with company’s brand and goals.
• Design and create packaging material for various related products.
• Produce engaging visuals and graphics for both digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all the packaging and promotional materials within production as well as budget requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of design assets for the use across different various media channels.
• Ensure consistent application of brands across all physical and digital touchpoints.
• Responsible for related product and event videography and photography

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field of study equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in product design
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
