Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the Arrangement of work

Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings

Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site Co-ordinate the inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works

Handling technical and engineering problems on site

Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site

Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors Structure and Architectural work

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Min 3-4 years’ experience

• Work closely with data stewards, data analysts and business end-users to implement and support data solutions.
• Design and build robust and scalable data ingestion and data management solutions for batch loading and streaming from data sources using Python.
• Familiar with SDLC process: Requirement gathering, design and development, SIT testing, UAT support and CICD deployment for enhancements and new ingestion pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures.

Skills (must have):

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a role focusing on the development and support of data ingestion pipelines.
• Experience with building on data platforms, particularly Snowflake.

• Develop Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and necessary Standard

Project Management

• Resolve both technical and non-technical issues related to project execution.
• Ensure effective tracking and monitoring of items such as Variation Orders, Material Testing, and Specialist Architectural Items.

• Support the preparation of monthly progress reports in collaboration with the Project Manager.

• Manage direct workforce allocation, including controlling overtime and headcount for efficient operations.
• Implement cost-effective and productive construction methods without compromising quality.
• Ensure project progress aligns with financial targets to meet intended cash flow objectives.

Technical Understanding

• Possess a thorough understanding of project drawings and the overall scope of work.
• Evaluate technical decisions to meet project objectives and contribute to value engineering solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge in preparing engineering project proposals and method statements.
• Provide technical expertise and advice for project planning, design, and supervision.

Coordination and Communication

• Oversee and coordinate all technical activities for assigned projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Participate in client and contractor site meetings to monitor installation processes and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among disciplines and project participants, resolving any site issues that hinder progress.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks, ensuring compliance with authority standards and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager, highlighting any changes in design or architectural plans that may incur additional costs or affect progress.
• Prepare and review project proposals, schedules, and deliverables, as delegated by the Project Manager.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure that construction works meet the desired quality standards and comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with the company’s ISO system.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure smooth and timely progress while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Executing mechanical design at customer site for chemical and slurry system projects
• System project design including P&ID, payout design, piping drawing, equipment internal piping layout
• Responsible for new project in process optimization, operational support, and improvement
• Creation of related documents e.g. HAZOP/FMEA, drawing, SOP, build document OMM
• Execution of on-site installation work, management of subcontractor team.
• Troubleshooting of chemical systems by identifying root cause and suggest improvement plan.
• Implement system functional test with flushing, sampling for system qualification (FAT & SAT).
• Coordinate system modification with Client and Sub-contractors etc.
• Prepare & review drawing for system design document including P&ID/ PFD/Equipment & piping Layout
• Prepare on site check list, installation & commissioning operation procedures, risk assessment;
• Supervise and review the installation work by sub-con and venders
• Provide after-sales support to client for completed projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical engineering field
• Knowledge in process design, project management skills
• Understanding of P&ID, process chart, flow or pressure calculation for chemical & slurry system
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Proficient in MS office, Project, AutoCAD skill
