6. Backup and recovery of all operating systems, application programs, users/ business data of the Customer’s environment, configurations of the web, application and database servers.

Personnel Requirements:

1. Possess the relevant qualifications and/or be proficient in the following areas:

• Minimally three (3) years hands-on experience in administration of servers.

• Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare

• Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server

• Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy

• Preferably experience in Commvault/Symantec Backup Products

• Preferably experience in Trendmicro/Symantec Anti-virus products

• Preferably certified in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL or equivalent.
