We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual as our Key Account Director to manage and expand our business in strategic MNC accounts. This individual will be required to maintain and deepen strategic relationship with clients to ensure client value and business outcomes. The role will be an individual contributor with the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with in-country sales teams, and partner with management to execute business strategies to expand Ensign’s business coverage, drive client retention and achieve overall revenue targets. The individual will play a pivotal role in the growth of our international business.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong network and good grasp of technology sales relating to managed services and system integration with a preference for cybersecurity. Consulting experience will be a plus. The individual should have a strong passion for achieving client outcomes, building relationships, and be able to execute on revenue targets effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

To fulfill this role will:

1. Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including cybersecurity and IT executives, business users, and security engineering and operations teams.
2. Be responsible for planning and executing strategic account plans for Key Accounts to deepen client engagement and perform sales/business activities in the assigned account.
3. Expand coverage within target accounts to gather information such as account dynamics, cybersecurity pain points and opportunities
4. Identify, qualify, and close cybersecurity product/services deals individually and as a team.
5. Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams on solutioning; provide client inputs for internal teams to generate and enhance service offerings based on clients need.
6. Work with internal teams to develop proposals, conduct client presentations and oversee the smooth execution of bid and successful delivery of engagements.
7. Excel in achieving sales targets, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
8. Leverage Ensign platform (e.g. marketing, thought leadership, events, Business Unit campaigns) to generate leads to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
9. Operate as the lead commercial contact point for clients on all matters related to the business and as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
10. Own accurate and predictable forecasting of pipeline and revenue (through Salesforce) to maintain favorable business health.
11. Kept abreast on the industry and competitors’ trend to develop a unique value proposition of our service offerings.
12. Achieve a positive brand experience and image for the company.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience (with 2 years spent in system integration or similar role).
• Proactive, disciplined sales individual with high level of integrity.
• Proven hunting track record in generating pipeline and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of sales process and managing complex deals will be an advantage.

• Weekly, Fortnightly, and Monthly Governance lead role to present the dashboard to senior management, Able to manage up senior management including clearly articulate and call out the path to green and meaningful way of portfolio performance

• Able to hand on work on general PMO role as below

o Timely and high-quality reporting/ governance management of lifecycle covering live delivery pack, backlog, status, resource, financial, risk, and dependency profiles

o Accurately and timely update financial of drawdown, utilisation for project and to provide timely billings to respective countries and group via advance excel and macro.

o Accountable for maintain end to end admin process on project including the update list of digital related key pipeline, approved, in delivery and completed initiatives in Jira/ confluence/share point ensuring effective delivery of project data integrity and timely report

o Rectify the key unreconciled financial report Issue where there will be discrepancy found for remediation

o Update advance dashboard, capability track and Kanban board for all workflow status of initiatives in Jira or portfolio tooling

o Ability to track aging, portfolio performance and follow up in order to close the project issues on time

o Identify the key non Green initiatives and consolidated report for circulation

Stakeholder Management

• Manage and work hand in hand with Business change managers across portfolio to manage Biz stakeholders, e.g., escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes involving in project managers, project sponsor, technical leads. And cross functional team , senior management e.g. COO, Digital Head, and Delivery Head in communicating the portfolio delivery, plan , resource and budget.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure teams work in a collaborative environment. This includes cross portfolio to retails, wholesales that involve Digital related items CR and projects

• Manage stakeholders expectations through governance processes.

• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.

• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.

• Professional in presentation including facilitate crystal clear and concise communication & meeting amount project team, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring alignment of objectives and timely delivery of key milestones

Budget Management:

• Responsible for manage overall Digital Boatsize/Portfolio Budget across different Business Segments

• Communicate Budget timeline to corresponding parties and stakeholders (T&O’s, BCM, Business)

• Receive submission from BCM/Business, update and submit Boat & Annual Spend template to GTO Finance

• Attends budget meetings

• Track each QR ensure within the budget aligning to the capacity in each Tech stream

Process Adherence:

• Demonstrate transparency in the process / RCAB /GSAT and pipeline planning and delivery methodology playbook

• Coordinate release activities across cross-functional teams, Business, Business Change Management and Retail operations in successfully driving release strategy and roadmap

• Continuously committed in improving Change Request processes and Projects/Boat size Dashboard enhancement within portfolio

Frameworks, process assurance, risk management

• Work with various stakeholders (Business/Product Owner, Program / Project Managers., Technical Delivery Managers, SDM team) review and propose refinements to the Ways of Working and associated SDM deliverables, in particular optimizing Agile vs Waterfall frameworks

• Track and manage Risk Appetite statement performance, MRAs, and Audits

• Work through escalation , governance and related issues.

Other Portfolio management Tasks

• Assume the Project Manager and/or Lead for specific projects assignment

• Maintain accurate and up to date key documentation, SharePoint and safekeep for all digital initiative’s information

• Resource Management: Coordinate with PM and Tech Lead to provide the changes in allocate resources squad to support digital initiatives. This includes to analyses the resource model impacting portfolio

• Demand Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize digital project demands. Evaluate feasibility and impact on existing resources.

• Cost Management: Develop and monitor portfolio budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

• Pipeline Priorities: Work closely with project managers and teams to establish and maintain a clear pipeline of digital projects. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives.

• Delivery Dashboard: Identify project to the digital projects type, updated the project code, and all key data in initiatives from governance perspective. Maintain SOP and dashboard to ensure up to date. Ensure alignment with business goals and regularly updated dashboard

• Assurance: Ensure the quality of Jira/Confluence is accurate and timely with alignment to roadmap for each country. Perform clean up if required.

Interns:

• Work with HR to bring in intern via the intake process

• Provide training and guidance to interns during their internship ensure their contribution to QR process

• Regular feedback to intern and school for their coaching and training

Qualification & Skill required:

• 10+ years of experience in IT experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving.

• Minimum 8-10 years of retail/digital banking /consultation experience particular Portfolio and Project management, and exposure to banking systems, products, operations, processes.

• Exposure to in Regional/global role with multiple nationality across countries

• Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools and its framework e.g. sprint planning, spring review, backlog grooming, etc

• Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or process re-engineering, transformation program.

• Experienced of having direct responsibility for project/or portfolio with budget size or Boatsize of min$50 million or equivalent muli-complex program/portfolio management

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II Certification is preferred.

• Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication; expertise in setting and managing customer /senior management expectations

• Technical domain expertise is an advantage, but at minimum is tech-savvy.

• Ability to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types and appropriate management techniques

Associate Director, External Manufacturing Operations

The External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director, is accountable for meeting customer demand at the Contract Manufactures (CMO's) they manage by achieving excellence in Compliance, Supply, Continuous Improvement & Cost through their leadership and coaching of the responsible cross functional teams and their work in partnership with those CMO’s while leveraging lean manufacturing principles and the end to end (E2E) supply chain.

The External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director supports the Focus Factory Lead and serves as a point of contact for dealings between our Manufacturing Division and the CMO and establishes a strong business partnership as well as boundaries and ground rules of engagement. External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director will assist in our relationship with the contract manufacturer to deliver commercial supply or project execution through technology transfers.

The individual will participate on a cross-functional team (Supply Chain, Quality, Technical Ops, Procurement…) who are responsible for delivering daily/weekly/monthly/annual requirements at their external partner(s).

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensures compliance (Quality Risk management, Deviation Management, Product Release, Change Control); Meeting Demand; Dispute resolution (w/ appropriate escalation); Production Planning; Materials Management (SAP entries, Logistics); Technology issues; Oversight of shop floor production (determining when functional subject matter expertise should be deployed to the External Party’s (EP) facility); Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities; Linking E2E (upstream and downstream) and with Supply Chain Management in the Supply Chain to ensure and optimize flow of materials.
• Is frequently present at their external partners site on the production floor, builds a strong interdependent relationship with the sites leadership team and is able to (“read a site”) assess & diagnose with appropriate tools and resource the true current condition & risks at a partners site and formulate in partnership with the external partner and our Company cross-functional team action orientated and time bound improvement plans.
• Partners with internal External Manufacturing team members including; Procurement, Quality, and Technology on commercial aspects of relationship, including Identify, Select, Negotiate and Re-negotiate/terminate, as required. The External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director may not be involved in all transactional interactions if they can be managed/delegated to a functional area but will be kept apprised of status/resolutions, etc.
• Participates in and represents External Manufacturing on the cross-functional teams with Supply Chain Management/Product Source Management/Procurement/Integrated Development and Supply Team for due diligence ahead of siting approval & post siting approval to support Sour of Supply (SOS)/New Product Introduction (NPI) changes at an external party and assume primary ownership of the new relationship.
• Ensures there is a plan with clear actions and timelines in place to delivery this SOS or NPI.
• Works with the external partner to understand CMO capacity (e.g. stated capacity, firm capacity, future capacity plans, time horizon / lead times required, comments/concerns, etc.) and future capacity based on agreed improvements.
• Is accountable for maintaining the integrity of the Master Supply Agreement ensuring alignment with the Supply and Quality agreements and appropriate document revision and distribution control and for ensuring contract terms agreed upon by our Manufacturing Division and the External Party are executed including purchase orders, forecasts, deliveries, and approving invoice payments.
• Is accountable for inventory control. Depending on the location of goods (at External Party or at our Company), External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director ensures adequate documentation of material disposition. In some markets, External Manufacturing Operations may need to witness the destruction of goods (to prevent counterfeiting) or have the External Party certify the destruction, per destruction procedures.
• Acts as our Company continuous improvement system leader & coach for own team and works with external partner and lean manufacturing resources, as needed, to identify External Party OpEx / continuous improvement opportunities and supports implementation once approved.
• Supports the external partner periodic Business and Operations Review Meetings. Based on our Company and External Manufacturing strategy the External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director develops with their cross functional team and their external partner the annual plan for the relationship with clear goals and targets.
• Prepares an annual “state of the union” presentation for the relationships she or he manages which includes successes and failures in order to leverage across External Manufacturing Organization.
• Participates in the creation and maintenance of an External Manufacturing Organization Handbook containing Global External Manufacturing policies, procedures, templates, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in the Engineering, Science or Business and a minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial /business and manufacturing (biologics operations, quality, technology, planning), roles required with a significant portion in management/leadership positions.
• At least two (2) years of experience in management/leadership positions.
• Has experience and ability to achieve compliance goals, through a risk-based approach has a deep understanding of GMP and EHS compliance and compliance risk in Biologics Operations.
• Has proven Lean Six Sigma skills to deliver compliant supply and achieve highest quality, lowest cost and shortest lead-time.
• Has skills to understand and intelligently apply economic, financial and industry data to make business decisions that drive value for our Company and our customers.
• Can Visualize the way forward, identifying opportunities that add value to the work and proactively mitigate risk across the value chain.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and negotiation skills to work outside boundaries as a norm.
