• Coordinate with Oversea Accounts team for day to day banking activities & accounting works .
• Process Payroll for employees & CPF submission
• Get involved in handling Related Company’s book of accounts & manage all administrative matters.
• Timely & Accurate Financial reporting and analysis
• Liaising with Company’s secretary for all secretarial works.
• Prepare Minutes of Board meeting on quarterly basis for all involved entities .
• Liaising with Statutory boards for all compliance works and other requirements .
• Admin duties and maintain important statutory and other commercial documents .
• Support internal and external audit up to filing of Company’s annual returns
• Prepare company tax (Yearly ECI) and work with tax agent for Actual tax Computation , Quarterly GST Reporting & IR8A form.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Chartered Accountant equivalent
• Good knowledge of accounting systems , have worked extensively in an ERP environment WILL BE ADDED ADVANTAGE.
• With Knowledge in Singapore corporate laws , Tax Acts , and Financial Reporting Standards
• Strong interest in digitalization to improve work processes , with ability to identify, initiate and support improvement of financial systems and processes.
• Hands-on, team player, and good communication skills.
• Committed, able to multi-task & work fast pace.
• At least 5 years working experience in Shipping Industry with handling full sets of accounts independently.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture, the L&D Manager is responsible for creating a strong learning & development environment through evaluating development needs, designing and delivering programs, assessing learning effectiveness to support achievement of business goals and objectives.

What you will be DOING:

· Conduct annual L&D needs analysis and budget.

· Plan L&D priograms to meet the skill and competency requirements to address and narrow the peformance gap in order to support both short-term and long term business goals and objectives.

· Identify and implement appropriate AccorHotels Academie programs and/or the Leadership Capability Framework (LCF) to address performance gaps.

· Develop and conduct induction programs for heartists to settle into their role seamlessly.

· Deliver all brand heartist, guest experience and quality standards programs.

· Seek feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs/activities.

· Create a strong L&D environment where each heartist has a personal development plan and has access to learning opportunities.

· Participate actively in the ACCOR Certified Trainers Network.

· Assist in the annual performance review and the development of an effective succession plan.

· Work closely with respective department head to identify their departmental L&D needs especially the star heartists to support their personal development and career growth with the company.

· Develop and implement the On-The –Job Training (OJT).

· Coach and guide the respective department OJT trainers on its implementation.

· Liaise and coordinate with all external L&D providers.

· Maintain accurate records and reports of L&D programs/activities.

· Establish and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.

· Follow all workplace safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries and incidents to reporting manager immediately.

· Participate & contribute actively in all Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives organised by the Hotel.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Your experience and skills include:

· Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of L&D or relevant experience in a managerial appointment

· Good business acumen, critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills

· Strong human relations and influencing skills

· Strong communications (verbal and written), planning and coordination skills

· Ability to work independently and take initiative

· Strong time management skills

• Managed food quality, consistency, presentation and cost with proper planning based on sales needs. Take into account customer feedback and channel this back to Café Manager
• Ensure that high standard of hygiene is maintained by the all staff.
• Manpower planning with proper planning on weekly staff duty roster to ensure staffing meets the sales needs.
• Supervise cash flow and handle petty cash payments
• Review communication book daily.
• Assist Cafe Manager to develop market positioning and ensure that advertising , promotions, and prices are consistent with and communicate that positioning to the staff
• Make decisions on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment, performance assessment and reward.
• Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service. Ensure all service crew follow likewise
• Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations
• Know the duties & responsibilities of staff & ensure they are carried out
• Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers when required
• Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships
