Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services and/or with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, and/or a closely related business leading strategic or transformational change.

3. Strong understanding of Wealth Management business.

4. Strong understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks, and documents and agreements related to Wealth Management.

5. Extensive experience in managing product delivery across multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities, and experienced in launching new products to market.

6. Sound knowledge of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach.

7. Dynamic team player who is self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal and project management skills, showcasing the ability to proactively engage multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority to drive our business agenda and operate with strong sense of urgency.

8. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; comfort with working across geography, time zones and functions to effectively lead and contribute in large workgroup settings independently.
