Position Overview:

You would be part of a dynamic digital SoC design team that develops state-of-the-art video processing, neural processing, advanced video analytics accelerators, and the entire Camera Processor SoC. You would be joining the team to explore, evaluate and define innovative design SoC architectures, to meet or exceed the technical requirements of the SoC. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee the Creative Design Team, managing all design requests across WTT departments to ensure high-quality, timely outputs that align with the organization’s vision.
• Be hands-on with creative execution, developing branding elements and creating visual assets for WTT events, merchandise, activities, and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain effective workflows, mapping timelines for the Design Team while fostering clear communication with the wider WTT Team to manage expectations and priorities efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

• Tertiary education in Graphic Design with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven project management and team leadership skills.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing previous works.

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Highly proficient in design software, including but not limited to Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
