Fujitsu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to spearhead go-to-market efforts in Singapore. This role involves planning, executing and optimizing regional marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive revenue growth in country. The ideal candidate is a thinker with a deep understanding of B2B technology in the ASEAN region, and the ability to influence and work collaboratively across different departments and cultures.

Responsibilities:

• Integrated Go-to-Market Planning: Create and implement multi-touch marketing programs to drive pipeline growth
• Campaign Management & Opportunity generation: Plan and execute multi-touch regional marketing programs tailored to Singapore market to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality top of funnel opportunities for the seller community
• Partner Marketing: Collaborate with partner managers to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive mutual success
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the seller's community, offerings team, corporate marketing teams and field marketing across ASEAN to ensure alignment & maximum business impact
• Budget Management: Oversee the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Work with alliance team and partners (directly if necessary) to source out other source of fund for marketing programs
• Performance Tracking: Track, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies. Implement innovative marketing tactics to engage customers and drive business growth
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the field marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in field marketing or a similar role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drives pipeline growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
