Collaboration with Prisons:

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall day-to-day work of the security operations center in ensuring events and/or incidents are detected and responded to established process as per the agreed standing order.

Leadership

• Leads the HR Operations for Malaysia, Cambodia, Japan, Korea and Philippines for all campuses under the GSG Group.
• Leads and manages a team of 5-6 HR Professionals in all countries.
• Supervises, develops, and provides guidance to the HR teams in these countries.
• Ensures compliance to all statutory guidelines related to employees and employment in the countries.
• Manages all internal and external stakeholders for smooth functioning of HR Operations.

Functional

• Advises the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Group HR Director on HR matters in the countries.
