Our Client:
Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek a Regional Distribution Planner (6 Months Contract) to analyze sales, stock, and performance (Leather Goods and Accessories) to provide recommendations to maximize opportunities and limit liabilities.
Job Responsibilities
· Define the stock targets of the stores. Ensure that stock targets are increasing / decreasing in line with the potential and the stock situation.
· Define /manage with Merchandising team the store priorities to optimize the sell through after launch.
· Analyze and project the end-of-season Sell Through and implement optimization actions, rebalance the inventory to maximize the sales
· Calculate stock targets and arrange delivery to the stores in accordance with the stock optimization plan
· Monitor and improve key KPIs: overstock, availability rate, long tail to avoid the risk of obsolescence.
· Fulfill client orders through stock support, rebalancing, or escalation to Central team, ensure that priorities are correctly applied.
Job Requirements
• Prior experience in Supply Chain Management and/or retail fulfilment operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer/data savvy:
o Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
o Power BI or equivalent, programming skills (VBA)
o SAP Experience is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure with the capacity to deliver
high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Client-centric approach and commercial mindset.
• Possess an attention to detail with a critical thinking mindset.
