Responsibilities

• Review programs for opportunities to automate, increase efficiencies and outsource. Benefits Manager to operationalize new global and regional programs

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events.
• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events

Key Accountabilities

• Define and guide the country brand strategy consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship.

• Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)

• Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs

• Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally. Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines

• Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manger, you will work with the Agency partners to identify and engage customers on their general insurance needs. Working with the Agency team, you will solicit new business to drive agency portfolio growth across Auto, MidCorp and other Business Lines. You will be an advocate of the organization with our agency partners, and an important partner to the local underwriting team. Sales and customer service performance are closely measured, and you must be comfortable working in a target driven environment, with individual KPI’s focused on a defined customer group.
