About the team you are joining

Reporting to the Regional Head of Sales Asia Pacific, the (Senior) Manager Industry Solutions – Training will be responsible for selling and promoting IATA training products/services to defined customer categories and prospects. What your day would be like

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Perform market research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

· Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

· Define most important social media KPIs

· Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

· Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

· Initiate innovate marketing campaigns in order to meet goals and objectives set by the Company
