Key Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of Education related activities and events in the Asia Pacific region (including China and Japan). The primary responsibility is to plan and implement educational events across the Asia-Pacific region.
• This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external partners, to ensure the successful execution of training programs and workshops.
• This position assist the education manager to streamline the education content, and organizing logistics to deliver high-quality learning experiences that enhance the knowledge and skills of medical practitioners.
• In addition to event planning, this position will oversee the implementation of these educational initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• This includes managing budgets, securing venues, and coordinating travel arrangements for participants and speakers. Qualifications:

• Degree in Science, life science or clinical /medical related subject
• Medical device and/or clinical industry background preferred, not required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in planning educational events or similar activities is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to converse in both English and Mandarin (Mandarin fluency is required for collaboration with China-based stakeholders).

• The ability to interpret scientific research and make it accessible to diverse audiences.
• Ability to review and interpret scientific research, particularly clinical studies, and summarize key insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor effective teaching & learning pedagogies, intervention strategies for students with Special Education Needs (SEN)
• Design and implement valid and reliable modes of assessment to evaluate students’ progress and development.
• Identify and design support structures to students with SEN
• Work with school leaders and management team to plan and implement school-wide educational and recreational programmes

Job Requirements:

The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Research Administration plays a pivotal role in supporting the administration of research projects and grants. This position involves managing budgets, coordinating with research teams, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Chair of Research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager (Research) in overseeing research projects and grants, including budget
  management, allocation of student assistants, and processing payments.
• Ensure all research projects comply with regulatory and funding agency requirements.
• Work closely with the Manager (Research), faculty members, and other departments to
  ensure effective project management and successful completion.
• Process grant administration requests, track changes and expenses, and maintain project
  reconciliation spreadsheets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding agencies and external partners.
• Prepare progress reports, final reports, and other documentation required by funding
  agencies.
• Compile, maintain, and manage records and filing systems for research grants.
• Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect changes in regulatory requirements
  and best practices.
• Provide administrative support to the Associate Chair of Research, including scheduling
  appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager (Research) and Associate
  Chair of Research.

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience in research
  administration, including budget and grant management.
• At least 3 years of experience in research administration and providing executive-level
  administrative support.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other automation software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of
  stakeholders.
• Highly organized and meticulous, with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
