• Oversee the Annual Performance Management cycle and facilitate the University's central performance review meetings for the Leadership Team and stakeholders of the Colleges/Schools/Centres.
• Offer expert counsel and support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns.
• Lead and manage assigned projects and programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, assess current situations, forecast future needs, and propose proactive solutions.
• Sound knowledge of local employment law and HR practices, with an awareness of emerging HR trends.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful in problem-solving.
