About the Role
As the first impression on the customers, our growing company is on the lookout for outstanding Part time Service Crew.
- Part time rates from $12 to $15
- Training on barista provided
- Daily meals are provided
Salary will be adjusted based on Grade:
- Grade A: For those who join and accumulate working hours till 1000 hours (Basic Pay Rate +1)
- Grade B: For those who join and accumulate working hours till 500 hours (Basic Pay Rate +0.5)
- Grade C: Basic Pay Rate
Job Duties
· Familiar the whole floor operation.
· Bring the best dining experience to the guests during restaurant operations.
· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations according to government regulations.
· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues.
· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
· Housekeeping of work area and premises before and after services
· Ad hoc duties when needed, taking instruction from supervisors and managers.
Job Requirements
· Motivated (Leadership), result-oriented(result-driven) and a fast learner
· Good organizational and planning abilities
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Service-oriented in all guests interactions
· Computer literate and with excellent interpersonal skills is a plus
