Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled (Nurse) Therapist specializing in skin therapy treatments. The ideal candidate will have a background in handling therapy machines providing skin treatment and excellent client care skills. The (Nurse) Therapist will provide skin therapy treatments, and excellent customer service to improve the quality of life for individuals with eczema.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Skin Therapy Treatment:
- Perform simple machine therapy on eczema-affected areas.
2. High Standard Customer Service:
- Provide a high standard of customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and at ease during treatments.
- Engage in friendly and informative conversations to create a welcoming and reassuring environment for clients.
3. Patient Education and Support:
- Educate clients about the basics of eczema, its triggers, and effective management strategies to minimize flare-ups.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the Consultant to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Coordinate with the Consultant to ensure patients are following treatment protocol.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and communications.
- Contribute to case discussions.
6. Treatment Room Preparation and Clean-Up:
- Prepare the treatment room before each client appointment, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready.
- Clean and sanitize equipment after each treatment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
7. Photo Documentation:
- Take high-quality photographs of patients' skin conditions before treatment to track progress and document changes.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar field is highly preferred.
Education & Certifications:
- Nurse certification or, Skin Beauty Training Certification is a bonus
