Client Engagement & Development

• To meaningfully engage, teach, train, supervise, maintain and develop the functioning level of clients to function adequately and independently in the following areas:

• Activities of Daily Living
• Home Living Skills
• Community Living & Mobility Skills
• Social and Recreational Skills
• Work Readiness Skills

Client/Trainee Management & Development

• Formulate and implement Individual Learning Programme (ILP) through professional assessment
• Engage in continuous assessment, training and evaluation of trainees' holistic development
• Plan and Implement appropriate group activities
• Plan, implement and monitor trainees' security and safety procedures

Support Allied Health Professionals

• Monitor and implement programmes designed by Allied Health Professionals in the area of health fitness & wellness programme, motivational & behaviour management plans as well as sensory awareness
• Communicate critical information to Social Worker and Centre Manager

Administrative & Operations

• Support unit operational and logistics management
• Ensure centre/trainees safety and security
• Update of clients'/trainee's daily attendance and participation in activities, events and programmes in various client management system platforms
• Engage in caregiver dialogue sessions, home visits and maintain good rapport and communication with parents / caregivers
• Attend staff meeting and training as required

Event Management

Staff will be assigned to oversee at least one of the following duties and will provide assistance to the other staff when required:

Camp, Festive Celebrations, Sports Events, First Aid & Medicare, Evacuation & Emergency Planning Team, Transport Duties, Staff Welfare and others

• Organise internal/external events and activities for trainees
• Support volunteer engagement events
• Support public education activities
• Support MINDS events at organisation level

JOB PURPOSE

Assist the Operation Manager and Administrative and Operation Executive in managing school’s operations relating to school safety, security, cleanliness, logistics and vendor management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Operation Manager in handling:

Estate and Facilities Management

• Liaising with contractors on estate maintenance work, improvement work and cleanliness of the school
• Adherence to Greengov.sg, APSN Safety, Health and Environment Audit, etc requirements.
• Logistical needs for school operations and events.

Maintaining security and safety of the school premises and property

• Locking and unlocking of classrooms/special rooms
• Arming and disarming of school

Job Description:

Position Summary:

As a Training Executive at BELLS, you will play a vital role in the planning, development, and execution of training programs designed to meet the unique needs of our adult learners. You will work closely with the Training Manager and other team members to ensure the delivery of effective and engaging training experiences that foster the professional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Class Planning:

• Planning and launching of classes
• Daily Monitoring of all classes fill rates
• Feedback on which programmes need to be swapped or replaced based on filling

Program Delivery:

• Collaborate with Program managers to facilitate new courses and train the trainers sessions

Resource Management:

• Coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary training materials

Administration:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounts, ensuring the seamless operation of daily finance activities.
• Issue invoices to corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update customer invoices in the accounting system.
• Prepare payment instructions on banking platform.
• Assist to check and key payments entries into accounting system
• Assist to download, check supporting against claims and prepare payment.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Prepare and file monthly GST returns.
• Ensure smooth execution of month-end and year-end closing processes.

The Job

· Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, retention and succession planning

· Develop, implement and maintain all HR policies, procedures and processes

· Manage end to end recruitment, including posting of job advertisements, conducting of interviews, making employment offers, preparing of employment contracts, onboarding (including induction/orientation), offboarding (including but not limited to conduct exit interviews) and employee confirmation

· Provide immigration and relocation processes including work pass applications and renewal

· Responsible for timely and accurate Payroll management – Times Pay

· Manage compensation & benefits and performance management

· Conduct training and/or source for external training programmes

· Work with department heads to retain and develop identified talent and skilled employees to help our organisations improve business value and to reach its goal

· Support and guide managers and employees on HR related issues, procedures and policies and ensure compliance to local labour and manpower regulations. Timely update of Employees Handbook.

· Manage disciplinary and employee grievances

· Manage employee welfare, oversee medical & leave administration, statutory submission of leave for childcare, maternity, paternity and NSMen make-up pay claims to relevant government authorities

· Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for analysis

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects

· Undertake ad hoc projects or tasks when required

Pre-requisites

· Degree in HRM or equivalent preferred

· Min. 2 years of relevant experience in similar functions

· Sound knowledge of local labour and industry laws and practices

· Knowledge of payroll administration
