Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: Mon – Friday office hours
Job Description:
1) Seek confirmation from department/ staff on training programs.
2) Liaise with vendor on confirmation of course and details
3) Register staff for courses, send registered/confirmation notice and process payment.
4) Set up classroom / coordinate with MU/housekeeping on training room matters.
5) Order refreshment for in-house courses
6) Assist with archival and shredding of documents
7) Support learner engagement activities for core/digital learning
8) Follow up with department on completion for mandatory programs
9) Maintain engagement space in training room
10) Maintain supplies of stationery and logistics for in-house programs
11) Other HR duties may be assigned
Requirement:
MIn A level / diploma/ Bachelor in any field
