The Customer Service Officer plays a vital role in supporting the School Head in the daily operations of the school. Financial & Enrollment:

• Market and promote CLC courses to potential students.
• Engage in daily prospecting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of enrollment reports.
• Perform cashier duties, including the collection and banking of daily cash and cheques.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.

Area Marketing:

• Collaborate with the Centre Manager to conduct Area Marketing and Industry Colleagues' Surveys.
• Distribute leaflets, brochures, course information, and promotional materials.
• Assist in designing and producing in-house promotional materials.

Customer Service:

• Manage the customer service counter, ensuring a high level of service quality.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer and prospect inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Attend to all requests from teachers, students, and customers.
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Maintain up-to-date files and records.

General School Operations:

• Conduct daily checks to ensure school safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor the condition of studios and equipment on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain notice boards.
• Handle sales of stocks and textbooks to students, teachers, and customers.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Assist in preparing operations reports.
• Update the SMS system.

Other Responsibilities:

• Handle daily general administration tasks and support service operations.
• Assist in organizing and participating in school activities.
• Address any other related issues as assigned.

Key Job Purpose:

NTU College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (CoHASS) is a union of four Schools and two Centres – the School of Art, Design and Media (ADM), the School of Humanities (SoH), the School of Social Sciences (SSS), the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI), the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA) and the Centre for Contemporary Art (CCA). The incumbent is expected to manage all sales and marketing inquiries and leads generated from online, digital, mobile, roadshow/onsite/campus campaigns and info-sessions. An experienced and hands-on telesales lead who is meticulous in the leads management process, familiar with database management, excel, and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as tracking and reporting tools will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface between College and Schools to harmonise the outreach strategies, implementation plans, and efforts and support the Schools in their outreach

• Manage upstream activity, including attending to all leads generated from sales and marketing campaigns and inquiries, drive lead conversion and reporting. Work with Professional & Continuing Education (PaCE) to support queries pertaining to operational matters

Responsibilities

Programme and Facilitation Management (OJT)

• Design, develop and provide WSDeg Prog within respective responsible school programme area in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders; and in accordance to NTU curriculum development guidelines.
• Facilitate between industry partners and NTU faculties to constantly review the WSDeg Prog curriculum (incl related academic curriculum).
• Responsible for all aspects of WSDeg Prog according to assigned college and/or schools.
• Manage end-to-end WSDeg Prog processes up to completion of the essential assessment process.
• Collaborate with OJT employers to develop required On-the-Job Training (OJT) Training Plan in respect to the OJT designated job roles; and to facilitate its application to respective student.

Business Development & Stakeholders Management
