PC Deployment and Configuration

• Install, configure, and deploy personal computers and related peripherals, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Ensure that all PCs are set up according to company standards, including operating systems, software applications, and security protocols.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.

Troubleshooting and Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users for PC-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT teams when necessary.

Maintenance and Upkeep:

• Conduct routine maintenance on PCs to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus scans.
• Manage inventory of PC hardware and software licenses.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of PC configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Updates of support tickets and resolutions details on job completion.

• Diploma / Nitec in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or relevant
