• Scheduling of training courses and trainers.
• Maintenance of LMS (Learning Management System)
• Credit Controls
• Invoicing and issuing of certificates
• Logistic arrangement for training for physical onsite training.
• Ensure updates to training materials
• Preparation of reports
• Handle members’ quries on phones and emails
• Administrative duties

Requirements:

• Possesses at least a recognised diploma or GCE “A” level, with at least 3 years of working experience in processing of applications and administrative works.
• Minimum 1 year of administration duties
• Able to work independently
• Able to have good customer service skill
• Hardworking, detail and meticulous
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Administration skill
• Ability to produce timely and accurate monthly

Contract Type: 12 Months (Renewal)
Salary: SGD800 to SGD1,200
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (onsite)
Commencement: Immediate
