• A Bachelor/Master degree in automatic control, robotics, electrical engineering, etc
• Strong skills in C++, Python, Linux, and experience with ROS, and code management tools (git)
• Experience with algorithms based on different sensors (4D radar, 3D LiDAR, rgb cameras, thermal cameras, etc)
• Familiar with deep learning frameworks (such as Pytorch)
• Experience with deep learning based object detection
• Experience with SLAM and multi-sensor fusion algorithms
• Experience with place recognition based on sensors fusion

Preference will be given to applicants with the following additional skills:

• Has experience in multi-sensor perception and SLAM algorithms.

Job Description

• Preparation, facilitating, coordination and/ or conducting of various company training programs (ie. Orientation, OJT, in-house training program, vendor training, etc)
• Develop and / or improve training materials to facilitate training while ensuring consistency, service quality
• Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties for any training requirements
• Analyse service metrics and reports to identify service gaps and call for improvement
• Plan the annual training program by identify training needs by leading and performing Training Needs Analysis
• Perform training administration duties and maintain training records for audits
• Maintain library of training resources and aids
• Support performance management and appraisal
• Contribute to the team culture in a positive manner
• Any other ad-hoc projects/tasks delegated

Requirement

• Possess Diploma/ Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in full training
• ACTA qualifications or other training certifications would be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
