Our MindSpace centre (The Woodleigh Mall) is actively looking out for passionate MindSpace Teacher/Assistant Teacher. The position and job title will depend on your relevant experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
• Guide primary school children (primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Conduct MindChamps unique enrichment programmes.
• Being an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre.
• Ensure safety of children within the premises.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher in any discipline with minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.
• Able to teach primary school subjects (English / Math / Sciences / Chinese).
• Possess good communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
• Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Excellent service attitude with good ability to manage enquiries from parents.
• Open to working on weekends, i.e. off days consist of 1 weekday and 1 weekend.

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and source suppliers for both direct and indirect materials/services to expand the supplier base and meet new project and production requirements.
• Obtain quotes from newly identified suppliers to determine costs and explore opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers on a regular basis to ensure competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Participate in supplier qualification audits to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers for inclusion in the approved vendor list.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to monitor quality and assess capabilities.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures for the procurement department to ensure consistent workflow processes.
• Develop and negotiate favorable supply agreements with suppliers to optimize procurement processes.
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to establish efficient supply chain models with minimal inventory holdings.
• Work with engineering and warehouse departments to ensure adherence to quality standards for supplied items.
• Provide the sales department with periodic quotation templates for standard products and generate quotations based on customer requirements.
• Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
