Main Responsibilities:

• Product delivery training to distributors and customers
• Provide diagnosis guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls
• Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries
• Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue
• Furnish warranty claims and quality report to drive quality improvement on our products
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License

Job Summary:

The Process Engineer is responsible for coordinating and directing activities involved in the implementation and completion of projects/contracts including, but not limited to, design, scheduling, construction, business expansion or retention, budgets, and construction compliance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify process areas for improvement (operations, engineering, quality, EHS); collect, analyze and manage data from global processes; create trend charts based on the data; design and outline projects based on analyzed data and suggest areas for improvement.
• Project planning, vendor and contractor management globally; new equipment installation and start-up at various facilities; old equipment decommissioning at various facilities.
• Interface with various departments globally by administering the programs to manage the process engineering functions at Drew; train global personnel on various GPE topics; lead through the influence of local engineers, plant management and other business areas toward process control, improvement, & alignment.
• Utilization of improvement tools that support the processes of Drew worldwide; research and compose best practices to enforce use of the tools at facilities.
• Devising cost effective methods that can be used to modify existing processes.
• Create presentations and organize/lead team meetings.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.

Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from an accredited four-year college or university Chemical Engineer; Minimum three-years’ work experience in an engineering position at a chemical company.

Physical Working Environment:

• Physical Demands/Work Environment - Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer, will require domestic and international travel of at least 30%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain project control systems with emphasis on planning/scheduling, document control, Value Improvement Practice action plan as well as auditing and reporting
• Coordinate development of cost estimates and budget as well as monitor expenditure and recommend cost control measures
• Develop in collaboration with various stakeholders and monitor implementation plans for assigned projects as well as recommend appropriate measures to advance the progress of projects
• Administer the electronic document management system for project-related information & records
• Provide technical support/services where relevant in the review, development and field implementation of assigned projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 6 years' relevant work experience, preferably in an oil refinery/petrochemical or related industry.
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered for entry-level position.

• Good hands-on experiences in Tunneling works for MRT Project.
