About the Role:

To maintain the service education system for trainers and distributors. This includes training on repair processes, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as introducing new products by preparing training schedules and materials. The role also involves promptly tracking technical inquiries and providing remote support to other Business Centres and distributors, ensuring that all administrative documentation is accurate and complete to enhance efficiency and service quality. • Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Supervision of demolition of basement/foundation, ERSS construction and all other design works
• To manage & coordinate with the site supervisors (incl. RTO) with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works
• Possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of commercial buildings
• Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES is a must, candidate without RE certificate need not apply
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements

What you will do:

About This Role

1. Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction.

2. Lead the execution of topographic and as-built surveys to capture essential data.

3. Check and compute the pre-computation prior to any setting out for field surveyors and verify the accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculations.

4. Propose engineering documents for clients' approval, on-site installation and hands-on monitoring of sensors, instruments and equipments.
