About the Role

The Project Sales Manager will act as liaison between the company project team and clients, providing information on planning, delivering, testing, commissioning, service and maintenance repair related knowledge from securing to closing of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for acquiring and managing project sales for air-con products/systems.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches about air-con products and company.
• Understanding clients’ need and customize proposal/quotation accordingly to their needs.
• Responsible for the project budget evaluation and ensure successful delivery of the assigned projects on time.
• Work closely with the company’s internal sales and installation teams in executing the projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience, prior experience in air-con / M&E works will be advantageous.
• Good experience in ACMV and HVAC Chiller will be an added advantage.
• Relevant sales experience with strong project management, planning and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter, innovative and highly results-driven.

Purpose of the job:

Part of the Financial Reporting Team to produce timely financial statements that are consistent across the ST Engineering Group and in accordance with group policies and financial accounting standards.

Key job Accountabilities:

• Accountable for all financial and management reporting requirements of a portfolio of entities
• Supervise a team of co-workers to achieve financial excellence, including the following: 1) timely and accurate monthly reporting and submission of financial results; 2) transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations, accounting standards, and group polices; 3) proper cost allocation for line of business reporting; 4) reconciliations of intercompany balances/transactions and key accounts are performed and reviewed; 5) preparation of harmonized set of statutory accounts for all entities within the ST Engineering Group
• Engage with business partners / management on financial results review
• Manage and lead harmonization and automation projects to ensure continuous improvement in quality and efficiency of accounting processes
• Coordinate closely with other shared service teams and business partners on procedures and accounting matters
• Liaise with external/internal auditors
• Support business partners on financial information/reporting
• Provide guidance and training to a team of co-workers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications
• Chartered Accountant will be an advantage
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in Big 4 audit firm
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards and relevant statutory requirements
• Good interpersonal skills – able to engage with co-workers from various work teams/levels
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Able to work independently and under tight timelines
• Proficient in SAP and Hyperion

Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, Building Management in ensuring overall progress based on schedule planned.

· Ability to clearly and effectively express ideas, thoughts and concepts verbally and in written form.

· Ability to coordinate with relevant parties to manage the progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept within the contract period

· Ability to manage multiple projects at a time inclusive of problem solving in event of challenges

· Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and contract specification

· Conducts weekly site meeting.

· Assist Project Director and work closely with operations team.

• Leverage administrative expertise to qualitatively record the project outcomes.
• Proactively help clients and project teams in documenting their road maps, forecast needs, alignment to solutions and dependency attributes.
• Co-ordinate between product and marketing team on operational activities.
• Manage documenting and circulating the client's requirements on time / within relevant groups of product, marketing, and content.
• Executing the content profile assessment and reporting to relevant team.
• Managing expectations between content and marketing team.
• While monitoring project costs and controls to ensure that projects stay within budget and escalate to project management at right time.
• Process project invoices and ensure invoices are paid promptly
• Contract administration
• Project Charter documentation. Comms Plan execution.
• Addressing the quality and audit related documentations.
• Managing workshops and recording the outcomes.

The Instructor Operating Station (IOS) is the main interface in which Flight Instructors and Operators will use, to perform planning, controlling of the training environment, observation, and instruction delivery to pilot trainees within a simulator system. We are looking for someone to join us as a Simulation System Engineer, to co-build solutions together with our IOS team members. These solutions will contribute to our state-of-the-art Air Simulator project’s delivery to our end users.

The role as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer, to be part of the Systems Engineering Team to play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of training and simulation project systems by integrating logistics considerations throughout its lifecycle.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to support the planning, development, implementation, and sustainment of logistics support solutions.

• To assume the lead role of ILS Lead / Engineer for the assigned projects
• Logistics Planning: Develop comprehensive logistics plans in coordination with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of logistics support throughout the system lifecycle

• Risk Management: Identify logistics-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to system operation and support activities
