As a Sr. Manager in the engineering team (Developers & Functional Testers), you will be reporting to the Engineering Sr Director who is the CT&C ART Technical Business Owner. Your focus will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of a team roughly of size 6 to start with, who will report directly to you. The team would comprise of engineers ranging from fresh college graduates to senior experienced professionals with close to 4-6 or even more years of relevant experience.

Designing solutions, writing code, unit testing code, developing test cases, automating test cases and frequent check-ins for continuous integration is part of the DNA of this engineering team. Our team, as well as our group works under the principles of a common engineering model with both development and test automation expertise. • Actively oversee developer activities for feature development and bug fixing and ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality, secure code.

Overall Job Purpose

• The engineer is to act as Electrical Commissioning Lead (entire Electrical Systems Lead), manage all Electrical system commissioning from preparation phase to execution phase.
