• Diploma/Degree in Property/Building Management, Facility and/or Engineering field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experiences in commercial, industrial, hospital or hospitality environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and people management skills

Job Description:

• Prepare and Monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, check variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
• Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts and Sub-contractor Progress Claims.
• Work closely with the project team in the Analysis, Evaluation and Negotiation of quotations, so as to ensure timely award of sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely finalization of main contracts and sub-contracts.
• Provide Support in any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Have a positive working attitude, pro-active and meticulous in his/her work.
• Posses strong inter-personal communication & negotiation skills; able to work as a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, either independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain residential/commercial property sites as assigned
• Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied
• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites
• Provide essential customer service support to the residents and owners
• Supervise and manage a team of site staff
• Other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Building/Estate Management or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act
