Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will also work closely with various teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

YOUR ROLE

-Define Vision/ Strategy to strengthen and sustain Industrial Engineering activities within Back End (Bouskoura , Calamba , Malta , Muar , Rennes, Shenzhen).

-Ensure the best utilization of BEMT assets and drive improvement to achieve manufacturing excellence.

-Support plants and make recommendations to management by providing accurate, concise information and directions to Operations & Management and Drive/ Contribute to BEMT wide project for: capacity increase, robustness & IE productivity increase.

-Drive optimization of resource utilization, adoption of standardized best practices and continuous improvement to achieve manufacturing excellence

SNOP process robustness and full support to it ==> IE perspective

Identify tasks for building up IE operational Standards across all BEM&T Sites

• Uniformity of Data and knowledge sharing

Simplify and automate BEMT Worldwide Industrial Engineering activities

• Centralized Manufacturing assets and resources simulation through IEDB/ LCRP:
• Capacity simulation
• Headcount simulation
• SQM assessment
• Automatic Mc shortage definition & future CAPEX definition

Drive Capacity model management at BEMT level:

• Set governance for capacity model management and ensure that it is applied.
• Arbitrates on the demand versus capacity when required during SnoP in case of disputes.
• Capacity change tracking (capacity CAR validation, Capacity model follow up and CCRB ratification for any changes)
• Make or Buy Process (strategy) capacity ratification.
• Key rampup follow up and sustenance.

Maximize assets utilization and equipment effectiveness (OEE)

• Define Rules and tools for OEE calculation
• Define BEM&T yearly OEE target

Driving OEE improvement: Coordinate and challenge Sites plan on OEE improvement trough equipment time studies

• Increase Productivity and Maximize Asset utilization
• Follow up with Plants and set guidelines / methodologies for analysis where required
• EMCS / STCC/O+ Coverage alignment with respectively CIE Automation & CTFO
• Operations Related Projects/Plant Support/KPI

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor of Engineer in Manufacturing / Engineering Sciences or similar
• At least 5 years of BE Manufacturing experience and managerial position
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
• Leader and able to drive and manage project concisely
• Business English proficient

Responsibilities

· To carry out works as assigned and ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.

· Coordinate and supervise site workers, identify operating problems and perform trouble shooting and emergency repair.

· Perform routine maintenance work on TBM equipment.

· Responsible for the installation of TBM parts including repair and replace damaged/worn out parts.

· Testing of TBM equipment to ensure smooth running.

· Assist the daily activities at work site to meet project progress and the main contractor’s program and requirements.

· Preparation and submission of site daily progress reports.

· To attend the project meetings.

· To perform testing and commissioning at work site.

· Assisting the Project Manager in the management of the site on a daily basis.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the tunnelling industry.

· Relevant project experience in the field of tunnelling project in Singapore.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· A team player with strong passion in project management, marketing.

Job Description

You will design and develop electronic circuit boards for our drone systems and be part of a tight-knit team that provides safe, reliable drone systems and quality services to our distinguished customers in Singapore and around the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Research for solution: You will research and define efficient and reliable architecture to fulfil electronic circuit board requirements for our drone systems.
• Component sourcing: You will source suitable electronic components to implement the design architecture.
• Schematic design: You will study datasheets of the electronic components and design the schematic of electronic circuit boards that can fulfil the requirements.
• PCB design: You will design the PCB layout of electronic circuit boards and generate Gerber files for PCB fabrication.
• Firmware design: You will be responsible for firmware programming in embedded C/C++ language.
• PCB assembly test: You will test PCB assemblies thoroughly and ensure they operate as expected.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a field related to electronic hardware and firmware design.
• 2-3 years of industry or other relevant experience in electronic hardware and firmware design
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience in designing electronic circuits with microcontrollers, digital signal processors (DSPs), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), etc.
• Knowledge in various communication buses and protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, etc.
• Proficient in schematic and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD Capture and PCB Designer, Autodesk EAGLE, etc.
• Proficient in using instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, etc. to troubleshoot issues on electronic circuit boards.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming language.

The job involves the supervision of MRT projects Cross Island Line.

Job Requriements

RTO shall have diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and accredited by and registered with IES/ACES with minimum 3 years relevant experience in supervision deep excavation/ basement works.

- MRT experience will be an advantage.

- To assist RE & SRE to monitor all site activities

- Willing to work on night & rotation shifts

• Assist the Project Manager/ Senior Engineer on all activities that are carried out at the construction site;
• Responsible for material quantities take-off, build bill of materials;
• Assist the Commercial Department in materials procurement;
• Coordination, implementation, management of all M&E works;
• Perform quality control at construction sites;
• Check for discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in construction drawings.
• Manage and control Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion;

Requirements

Valid class 4 driving license

Able to commit to 6-day work week and daily OT

Able to work in shifts, including overnight shifts

Familiar with Singapore roads and use of navigation apps
