• Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all engineering designs and systems meet regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal company guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance checks on engineering designs, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to clients or construction teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering-related issues during and after project implementation.

4. Collaboration & Client Interaction

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with other departments such as sales, procurement and operations to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to assess project needs and resolve technical issues.

5. Reporting Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to the Head of Projects and Technical Department on the progress of the engineering phase for ongoing projects.
• Identify and report to the Head of Projects and Technical Department any potential risks and technical challenges related to ongoing projects.
• Report on the performance of the engineering team, including achievements, challenges and areas for improvement.
