Duties to Perform

The senior Gas Engineer will work on designing, tendering, and monitoring the installation of bulk gas and special gas systems for industrial properties in semiconductors, electronics, biopharma, and related industries. Ability to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet software.

Significant experience in production of drawings, calculations, schedules & specifications for a range of building types

At least 5 years overall experience with 3 years Data Centre design

Broad design experience across Commercial, High Rise, Hotels & Leisure would be beneficial

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the design process.

Peripheral experience in architecture, structures, civils, security and permitting.

Excellent understanding of the various code requirements and standards across the APAC region.

Sound knowledge of key Health and Safety issues and legislation including Singapore Design for Safety (Dfs)

Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.

Understand and maintain the long-term goals of the business.

Understand the company QA process, maintain and contribute to the same standards across the APAC region

This role involves coordinating with various teams of engineers and drafters to optimize workspace, manage resources, and enhance productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in space planning and management.

Duties to Be Performed:

• Space Planning: Develop and implement space management strategies that maximize the effective use of drafting resources and facilities.
• Resource Allocation: Monitor and allocate drafting resources, ensuring that all teams have access to necessary tools and equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand space requirements for current and future projects.
• Data Analysis: Analyze space usage data and develop reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all space and resource allocations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in space management.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of space management specialists, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Job / Skills Requirement:
