Responsibilities

- Responsible for the quality assurance of e-commerce business Domain. Design reasonable test plan according to the requirements and technical implementation. Ensure overall test quality and progress on track covering frontend and backend.

- Automation testing: Work on specific projects and automate test cases for them and continuously improve and maintain the testing framework.

- Create/maintain robust CI/CD pipeline for test execution and quality gates for deployment.

- Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement solutions.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure that code is testable and meets quality standards.

- Continuously track and analyze online and offline quality problems while constantly improving the quality of the system.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends and technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related major is preferred.

- 5+ years of work experience in testing and development in the big tech sector.

- Solid knowledge of at least one programming language (Python/Java/Go).

- Solid knowledge of computer field fundamentals for networking, database and algorithms.

- Solid knowledge of api automation testing/UI-automation testing, server-side stress testing.

- Experienced in quality assurance methodology and have certain understanding of CI/CD.

- Passionate, self-motivated and can demonstrate excellent teamwork skills. Self-driven at discovering, analyzing and summarizing problems to promote continuous improvement of projects.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and build high performing teams within your organisation, including mentoring team members and providing technical support for engineers on the team.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to develop all of TTS South East Asia businesses on TikTok.

- Be responsible for developing all of South East Asia businesses - which will involve exciting projects covering user growth, homepage, discovery channel, page build system etc.

- Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organisational units.

- Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.

- Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.

Minimum Qualifications

- At least 2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
