• Degree or higher in appropriate engineering discipline or have sufficient equivalent experience
• Singapore Professional Engineer registration or progress towards beneficial
• Significant experience in production of drawings, calculations, schedules & specifications for a range of building types
• Sound knowledge of key Health and Safety issues and legislation including Singapore DfS
• Knowledge of MS Office applications Outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint etc
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/Hevacomp/IES/Amtec etc BIM/CAD calculation software
• Good understanding of Singapore and, preferably, Asia regional standards/Regulations/Codes
• Be a motivated, highly dependable individual
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including design principles, machine elements, materials, and fabrication methods
• Ability to prioritize own workload

• The ability to perform complex project / business case analysis to justify technical decisions and present the justification to management in a high level review
