1) To lead a team of foremen, QC, and workers.
2) To attend the daily VSCC meetings.
3) To update daily attendance to our timekeeper before 8 am.
4) Maintain Good Communication and Relationships with Client, Site Managers, QC and workforce.
5) Immediately resolve problems and issues on site at all times.
6) Pre-plan the job and manpower before start of the job and help to control overtime unless required for urgent jobs.
7) To closely monitor and follow up the entire progress, quality and safety in project relating to all procedures for various scopes assigned and to be able to oversee more than one vessel/project.
8) Ensure work schedules are kept and completed on time and within the assigned man hours.
9) Attend meetings with Clients whenever necessary.
10) Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s procedure.
11) Ensure that all Health and Safety & Quality Standards are adhered to on site.
12) Conduct toolbox briefing at respective sites daily and ensure that work activities are properly communicated to the team.
13) Submit draft drawing and obtain approval for variation orders in accordance with the site Managers. Strictly do not start any jobs without the approval of site managers.
14) Assist in preparing all reports and documents for Client’s submission.
15) Maintain proper coordination, good communication and quality of work with the project team and the Management at all times.
16) Strictly follow the work flow for all the activities with proper communication and documentation such as MR, WCR and etc
17) Progress should be update to site managers daily .
18) Closely monitor all workers skills and submit appraisal form at end of the project.
19) Utilize our force at all the task and don’t allow them to discuss grievances at work site.
20) To maintain our tools & equipment’s such a manner if any damage immediately report to the site manager and submits back charges form to store in charge and to get a replacement.
21) Do not do any internal changes of tools & equipment’s without the approval of the In Charge Manager.
22) Before the start of a project to raise MR for tools and consumables, and strictly check all your equipment’s / tool are in working condition. Any faulty equipment / tools received reject and return back to store immediately.
23) Do not start job without 4’s (Methods, Materials, Machines and Manpower)
24) Maintain 5’c at all the time (Communication, Cooperation, Coordination, Control and Compile)
25) To report any accident at work site to site managers immediately.
Perform any other duties or tasks as directed by the In Charge Manager from time to time.
