Position Summary:

The AV Service Engineering and Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support, data collection, coordinating maintenance and operation activities to ensure the optimal operation of autonomous vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 Troubleshooting and Technical Support:

• Provide on-site Level 1 troubleshooting support (when activated) and debugging for technical issues encountered. Work with Level 2 support to identify, diagnose, and resolve basic configurations concerns, or minor hardware malfunctions.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end staff and workers’ training courses from liaising with internal staff to Training Vendors, course registration and confirmation, and post-training evaluation to training records and certification.
• Assist in updating and maintaining internal Training policies, SOPs, flow charts, training calendar and training materials.
• Manage and update training administration, staff records, training budget and HR system.
• Assist in follow-up on mentorship, performance appraisal and staff career planning progression, activities and communication.
• Coordinate and facilitate HR internal events, meetings and staff engagement activities.
• Assist in reviewing and analysing training reports and feedback for improvements and action plans.
• Acts as an active team player in the HR team for organizing department activities which are not limited to training and development, HRIS, people communications, HR projects, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
• With ACTA or ACLP cert is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience, prior experience in training administration or similar role is an advantage.
• Responsible, quick learner, detail-oriented, self-motivated and team player.
• Good command of English and Chinese as will be facilitated training and meeting in both languages.

The ideal candidate is an active and engaging leader who will be responsible for getting future upcoming project for company and customer satisfaction levels are met. In addition, the ideal candidate possesses and should have outstanding knowledge of shipbuilding , conversion , modules and ship repairing works in order to proactively advise clients on requirements

Job Description:

・Prospect, present, promote, propose, and sell company products to ship owners, ship management, ship operators and other clients in local and overseas market.

・To hunt, identify and develop potential new business opportunities.

・To handle sales enquiries, prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

・To work with sales team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the required performance KPIs.

・To build and maintain client relationship and attend industry, company events or functions.

・Responsible for all technical matters and documentation.

・Attend and review enquiries and tender documents, its specification and documentation requirements.

・Prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

Job Requirement:

・3 years of Sales related experience in Marine industry will be a must.
